Bill Wagner

President

Bill was recently named Director of Digital Marketing at ARI Network Services, Inc., Milwaukee. He previously had been the founder of Marketing Science Group, and is a passionate marketing professional with a focus on connecting marketing strategy to measurable business results. He has experience working with start-ups, mid-size and Fortune Global 500 firms and has been part of teams at notable local companies including Direct Supply, ABB, Badger Meter and Racine Federated. Prior to pursuing the position of President, Bill served as Executive Vice President of Special Interest Groups for AMA Milwaukee Chapter. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Communications from Marquette University.

Laura Markewicz

Chief Operating Officer

Laura is the VP of digital strategy at Laughlin Constable, leading digital and mobile strategy development across a variety of clients and industries. A data scientist specializing in leveraging analytics and research to inspire creative ideas that move businesses forward. Strategies range from single site and application plans to full cross-channel, digital communications strategies for businesses of all sizes.

Lisa Cieslak

Vice President, Finance

Lisa is CFO for GMR Marketing, a marketing agency headquartered in New Berlin, Wis., that blends offline and online experiences, leveraging passions that already run deep, like sports and entertainment. As CFO, Lisa has financial responsibility for GMR¹s global financial operations. She also oversees Human Resources, staffing, facility & asset operations. Lisa earned her Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She is a Certified Public Accountant and is affiliated with the Wisconsin Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and was just named the Business Journal’s 2015 CFO of the Year.

Elke C. Zysk-Buerger

Vice President, Keynote Events

Elke is currently Executive Vice President of Strategic Integration at GMR Marketing where she works with global brands on developing innovative marketing and engagement strategies that captivate attention, influence opinion and change behavior. Elke also held two Managing Director positions at Walton Isaacson in New York and Inspira Marketing, Chicago. During that time she worked with a rich client roster to include Unilever, Samsung, Beam Suntory and General Mills. Over the years, Elke has built multiple teams of marketing and advertising professionals that developed and activated programs at NASCAR, the PGA Tour, MLB, Universities and various Music Festivals.

Gregg Dohmen

Vice President, Expert Series Events

Gregg is a Senior Product Manager for IEWC, a global distributor and solutions provider for wire, cable and wire management products. He has nearly 15 years of marketing experience in the Milwaukee area covering product development, branding, digital and print marketing and technical sales for offerings ranging from software-as-a-service solutions to commodity products. Gregg is a graduate of Marquette University with degrees in Marketing and Finance.

Tracey (MacGregor) Stroeh

Vice President, Communications

Tracey has leveraged exceptional strategic and creative thinking, writing and interpersonal skills throughout her career to benefit a variety of organizations, from real estate and higher education to healthcare, senior care, not-for-profit and municipal. Currently Tracey serves as Director of Marketing and Communications, a VP-level administrator, at southeast Wisconsin’s largest retirement community, Cedar Community.
Tracey's volunteer leadership includes past president for Ad2 Milwaukee, the Wisconsin Healthcare Public Relations and Marketing Society, Volunteer Center of Washington County, Milwaukee Advertising Club, Marquette University Alumni Association and the Village of Richfield Planning Commission, among others.  

Michelle Lubinski

Vice President, Collegiate Relations

For 15 years, Michelle has been Director of Marketing at Ace Product Management Group, Inc., a leading source of proprietary and private-label home entertainment and lifestyle products. Michelle has worked with world-recognized brands including Harley-Davidson®, Ford, Jack Daniel’s® and Mossy Oak®. Prior to her role at Ace Product Management Group, Michelle was general manager of Advanced Designs where she specialized in the production of trade show exhibits. She holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing and finance from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee and an MBA from Cardinal Stritch University.

Paul Daniel

Vice President, Database Marketing

For more than 20 years, Paul has been crafting award-winning marketing programs and is the owner of his own small business, GrowBizGrow, which helps small business owners develop their company’s digital presence. Before launching GrowBizGrow, Paul cultivated partnership development at Readers Digest Association with companies such as Macy’s, Groupon and Ancestry.com. As a Group Circulation Manager at Kalmbach Publishing, Paul focused on digital merchandising. He has also worked with local outdoor specialty retailer, Laacke & Joy. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee.

Jared Aeschbach

Director, Event Management

Jared Aeschbach is an Account Supervisor at GMR Marketing, where he negotiates and manages sports sponsorships for Comcast’s residential brand, XFINITY. A sports marketer with team and agency experience, Jared worked with the Kansas City Chiefs (NFL) for four seasons prior to joining GMR’s sports strategy team. At the Chiefs, he managed a sponsorship portfolio that included high-profile brands such as Anheuser-Busch, Coca-Cola, Microsoft, Blue Cross Blue Shield and Time Warner Cable. Jared is a proud Wisconsin-native, earning his bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the University of Wisconsin La Crosse and currently obtaining his MBA from the University of Wisconsin Whitewater.
